Jessica Lim is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT 158225) and Hawaii (MFT-1043)

Jessica has had the privilege of supporting the mental health needs of individuals in many facets. She attended Rutgers University and established a career in technology and design, working closely with a diverse population in Manhattan and San Francisco. She followed her passion for helping people thrive by earning her Master's graduate degree in Counseling Psychology through The Wright Institute in Berkeley. During her graduate studies, Jessica worked as a counselor at an elementary school, supporting children 5 years to 12 years with mental, emotional, and social needs.

Jessica has since provided psychotherapy support collaborating with children, teens, young adults, adults, and parents through The East Bay Mindfulness Center and Little Otter Health. Jessica continues to align her passion of providing direct support to individuals, couples, and families at Oahu Mindfulness Clinic.

Jessica's approach is relational and strengths-based. She believes that connection and collaboration support individuals find their way towards growth and increased agency. Through the lens of a whole child and whole family approach, Jessica works closely with each client’s unique strengths, values and needs. Jessica has extensive experience utilizing psychometric measures that can help propel short term treatment outcomes for individual, couples, and family intensives.

Beyond traditional psychotherapy models, Jessica is passionate about integrating Nature based interventions to advance healing and clinical outcomes. Since moving to Hawaii, Jessica co-founded High tide Healing Hawaii and currently offers tailored programs rooted in eco-psychology to bridge the entry gap to therapeutic surf immersion to promote attention restoration and deep healing.
