Jessica Lim is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (MFT 158225) and Hawaii.

Jessica Lim, LMFT, has had the privilege of supporting the mental health needs of diverse individuals in many facets. She attended Rutgers University and established a career in technology and design, working closely with a diverse population in Manhattan and San Francisco. She followed her passion for helping people thrive by earning her Master's graduate degree in Counseling Psychology through The Wright Institute in Berkeley. During her graduate studies, Jessica worked as a counselor at an elementary school, supporting children 5 years to 12 years with mental, emotional, and social needs.

Jessica has provided strength-based psychotherapy support collaborating with adults, teens, couples, families, and caregivers, aligning her passion of providing direct support to children and families at Oahu Mindfulness Clinic, The East Bay Mindfulness Center and Little Otter Health.

Jessica's approach is relational and strengths-based. She believes that connection and collaboration support children in finding their way towards growth and increased agency. Through the lens of a whole child and whole family approach, Jessica works closely with families their unique strengths, values and needs. Outside of work Jessica enjoys time in nature, walking, swimming, and surfing. She also loves traveling, cooking, and all things design!
